From A to Z
ALCOHOL POLICY– Laws prohibit the sale of alcoholic beverages to minors (under 21), intoxicated persons and those without proper identification. For the safety of the Rox fans, alcohol sales conclude at the end of the seventh inning.
ANIMALS – Animals are not allowed in Campanelli Stadium with the exception of certified guide dogs for the disabled and on specified “Dog Days.”
AUTOGRAPHS – Autographs will be allowed prior to and after every game. Refer to the promotional calendar for specific player promotions, which allow closer access.
CONCESSIONS – A full menu of items ranging from hotdogs to nachos are located at the two main concession stands and several portable kiosks (located on the main concourse).
CONDUCT – Patrons using foul or abusive language or appearing in an intoxicated condition will be ejected from the ballpark. Fans that enter the playing field or interfere with the game will be escorted from the ballpark and are subject to arrest.
CONTAINERS– Cans, bottles, beverages, food, and coolers are prohibited from being brought into the stadium.
DESIGNATED DRIVER– For those fans needing assistance after a game, please visit the Guest Services Booth on the main concourse where your Rox representative can offer a safe alternative to driving home.

FIRST AID– Fans in need of medical attention should inform a police officer, concession worker, usher, and / or Rox staff member immediately. Emergency medical service is available on the main concourse (third base side, next to the concession stand).
GATES– Gates will open 1 hour prior to game time.
GIVE AWAYS– Give Aways are limited in quantity and may be subject to age restrictions. Give Away items are provided one per person, not one per ticket. Make sure to arrive at least 1 hour prior to game time for the best chance of receiving a Give Away item.
HANDICAPPED SEATING – Handicapped seating is available in all seating sections of the stadium. Call the Rox Ticket Office for details at (508) 559-7070.
INTERNET – For daily updates, player information, fan interaction, and to order game day tickets and souvenirs, visit the Rox official team website at www.brocktonrox.com.
JUMPCASTLE– Children can pay a visit to the Kids’ Zone located behind section 105 and enjoy great games and win prizes!
K-O– Keep an eye on that big, furry kangaroo. K-O’s always up to something.
LOST & FOUND– Before, during, or immediately following a Rox game, fans who have lost or found an item should visit the Massasoit Community College Guest Services Booth. To locate lost items on non-game days, call the Rox front office at (508) 559-7000.
OVERTIME RATE– Should the game go into extra-innings, do not worry. There is no charge for any inning past the ninth. Enjoy free baseball on the Rox!
PETTI CASH– Give your clients, friends, and guests a little extra with Petti Cash. Petti Cash can be used at Campanelli Stadium for concessions, merchandise, parking, Kids’ Zone, and even at the Ticket Office.
PICNICS–Enjoy a pre-game picnic in the Caritas Good Samaritan Picnic Pavilion. We’ll take care of all the set up, food preparation, and clean up for you! To reserve your picnic, call our sales office at (508) 559-7000.
QIVIUT– The name for the wool of the Muskox.
RADIO– Rox games are broadcast on WXBR 1460-AM
RE-ENTRY POLICY– Adults may leave and re-enter Campanelli Stadium with a valid ticket stub. Anyone under 18 who leaves the stadium during an event must be accompanied by an adult and have a valid ticket stub if they plan on re-entering.
SCOREBOARD ANNOUNCEMENTS– All requests for birthday announcements or special welcomes must be made in writing at least 24 hours in advance. Any game day requests should be taken to the Massasoit Community College Guest Services Booth.
SHAW’S CENTER– Visit Brockton’s finest meeting and banquet facility or log on to the web at www.theshawscenter.com.
SECURITY– Brocktonpolice officers are present before, during, and after all games throughout the stadium. If an officer is needed, please notify a Rox staff member or an usher or go to the Guest Services Booth.
SMOKING– Smoking is prohibited in all seats, luxury suites, restrooms, and elevators at Campanelli Stadium. Fans are permitted to smoke outside the stadium gates only.
