Brockton Rox Donation Request Policy
 
The Brockton Rox organization is committed to working with and supporting local youth programs and community associations during the baseball season and all year-round. The Rox are more than happy to assist these programs and associations through ticket donations for use in raffles, auctions and other fundraisers.

To request a donation from the Brockton Rox for an upcoming event, please send the following information typed on your organization's official letterhead:

* Event name, date, time and location
* Goal of event
* The use of the donation
* Proof of your organization's non-profit status
* Contact name, physical address, email address and phone number
* Deadline for donation to be received

Please note: Requests must be received no later than two (2) weeks prior to the event in order to be completed.
