Absolutely NO CASH REFUNDS. NO EXCHANGES (except in the event of games that are postponed due to inclement weather -- see RAIN CHECK PRIVLEGES below).

Toddlers & infants who will spend the entire game seated on a parent or family member’s lap do not need a game ticket. Children that require a seat must have a ticket.

The Brockton Rox management reserves the right to revoke a ticket at any time.

The Brockton Rox do not mail any tickets. Arrangements can be made to pick up tickets at the Brockton Rox front office or they can be left at the “Will Call” ticket window. To pick up your tickets at the “Will Call” window, please present a valid picture I.D.

Unused tickets for the 2008 season may be exchanged for Ticket Amnesty Night. Ticket exchanges are based on availability and are on a ticket for ticket basis (not based on the dollar amount of the ticket).

League and stadium policy prohibits food and drink of any kind from being brought into the park.

Rainout Policy

Games will NOT be postponed before the game's original starting time. Can-Am League umpires will determine whether to start the game from that point on. All efforts will be made to play the game. Remember, weather varies from city to city and in all likelihood, the Rox will play ball.

Rain Check Privileges

If the game is postponed prior to the middle of the fifth inning (4 1/2 innings, if we are ahead) because of weather conditions, the ticket bearer may exchange their ticket for a future regular season game of his or her choice, excluding concerts and special events, for the 2008 season. Fans are entitled to a ticket of equal or lesser value, subject to availability. All transactions must take place at the Rox Ticket Office. There are no monetary refunds given.

Rain Day Terminology

Rain Delay - A rain delay is when the game is officially delayed. Play will continue later that day. Tickets cannot be exchanged in the event of a rain delay.

Rainout - A rainout is when a game is canceled due to rain. When this happens, the game is usually rescheduled into a double header the next time the two teams meet. In the event of a rainout, tickets can be exchanged at the Ticket Office window in person for a ticket of equal or lesser value to any regular season home game based on availability.

Rain Policy Frequently Asked Questions

Q: What do I do if it is raining before the game?
A: If it is raining before the start of a game, our Grounds Crew has been hard at work protecting the field against the elements. This being the case, if the rain stops before the scheduled game start time, the game will continue as planned. If the rain continues into the scheduled game time, team management will invoke a rain delay. Fans can call the Rox front office the day of the game to check the status of that day’s game at (508) 559-7000.

Q: What do I do if it begins to rain during the game?
A: If it begins to rain during the game, our Grounds Crew will quickly place a large tarp across the infield. At this time, our staff will work with the opposing team's managers, along with local weather outlets, to ascertain the immediate weather outlook. If the teams feel that the inclement weather will pass, a rain delay is put into effect. If the teams agree that the inclement weather will not pass in a reasonable amount of time, an official rainout is announced. Fans can call the Rox front office the day of the game to check the status of that day’s game at (508) 559-7000.

If a rainout is declared after four and a half innings of baseball have been played, a game is considered "official." In this case, there will be no ticket exchanges.

Please note that there are no umbrellas allowed inside Campanelli Stadium.

Ticket Policies: School Day - June 11, 2008
